Kgabo Mahwai – Technical Director
He holds a BTech and a National Diploma Electrical Engineering from Tshwane University of Technology, He is registered with Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). He has over seven years’ experience in power generation construction design and Commissioning. He joined GE in 2014 as a graduate at Medupi Power station, one year later he was appointed permanent as Junior Commissioning Engineer. In 2017, He was appointed Commissioning Specialist responsible for commissioning of Alspa DCS system for Medupi Power station. In 2019 he was appointed Commissioning Manager; in this role he was responsible for planning strategies to achieve project completion with available resources and interacting with the client on commissioning goals and guidelines. Kgabo is an expert on Alspa P320 DCS system in designing, implementation, Testing and Commissioning. He is also an expert on Alspa P320 Turbine control system having successfully led a team in upgrading and commissioning Hwange Unit 2 in Zimbabwe, year 2017. He was involved in the closing of Medupi project and upgrade of steam generator at Koeberg Nuclear Power station.

Ignicious Mashabela – Managing Director
He holds a National Diploma Electrical Engineering from Tshwane University of Technology and Project Management Course with Digital Regenesys, he has fifteen (15) years of industrial experience ranging from Automation, Mining, Services and Maintenance. He worked for Schneider Electric from 2009 until 2011 as a Junior Field Service Engineer, the role involved Commissioning, Service and Repair of UPS, Batteries, Cooling Systems in Data Centers, MV/LV Switchgears and Automation (Variable Speed Drives, Soft Starters and MCC panels). He Worked for Goldfields Mine from 2011 till 2015 as a Junior Engineer on a GCC program, this role involved Electrical Maintenance, Electrical Reticulation and Protection re-designs and Maintenance, Winding Machinery, Instrumentation in Ore Plant and Management in a form of relieving Unit managers, Superintendents and Foreman. He worked for GE at Medupi Project from 2016 till 2018 as Electrical Commissioning Engineer, the role involved FAT, SAT and Commissioning of Chloride UPS and DC Chargers, Lead Acid Batteries, NiCAD Batteries, LV Distribution Boars, in 2018 he was appointed Lead Site Technical Officer under Engineering Section, the role involved high level design and detailed design, analysis of third-party input documents, declaration of input freeze and design execution using SPI for production of Pull Sheets, Cable Schedules, Loop Diagrams, Datasheets, Instrument Lists, Actuator & Drive Schedules.
